Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy On-line
Welcome
I am a psychologist and an accredited cognitive-behavioural psychotherapist. I have many years of international experience in conducting therapy for people struggling with depression, anxiety disorders, emotion regulation, excessive stress, low self-esteem or psychosomatic disorders.
The decision to seek help from a specialist or to start psychotherapy is a challenging and courageous step. It is often accompanied by anxiety, fear of judgment or lack of understanding, a sense of shame and fear of a sudden deterioration of mental condition.
I aim to create a safe and empathetic space where everyone feels understood and listened to. I consider this the basis for further therapeutic work, in which we will explore the essence of the difficulties experienced and develop skills to improve the quality of life.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Individual cognitive-behavioural psychotherapy is a comprehensive form of help for people experiencing emotional problems and mental or behavioural disorders.
First Appointment/Assessment
The assessment is the first step for people unsure of what support they need. It provides an opportunity to identify the problem, make an initial diagnosis, and propose further help and cooperation.
