Sometimes, life is unpredictable, and situations may arise that force you to change your plans at the last minute. That is why you can cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. However, if you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the meeting, you will be charged a fee according to the price list.
